Note: I am not affiliated with any of these companies. I'm just compiling a list of working providers that's been comfirmed withing with TVPad users in US. I added my affiliate ID to the order link to help with the bills on this site.

The overall speed of the provider can affect the video playback.

No, PIA and other VPNs have many public IPs. If you set all your devices to connect to Hong Kong, they might all come out the same IP along with other people that are connected to there. But I think they have more than one IP for each country too, so you might not get the same one each time.

I mean can I connect to PIA vpn servers from multiple devices inside my LAN. Is it license based? Meaning one subscription is for one device only.

According to PIA Online Live Chat, they have 20 servers in Hong Kong. As mentioned above, they're having a promotion:

    $59.95/2 years
    ($2.50/month)

    Nov 20 to Dec 1st

I'm using VPNUnlimited on my TVPad 4 with no issues. But I can't seem to find the Singapore Address to set up a router for my TVPad 2. Does anyone know it? I sent a message asking for it to them with no response as of yet.

    Any specific reason for Singapore

Any of those East asian countries will work (South Korea, HK, Japan)

Which VPN should I use with the TV Pad 2? It seems like Private Internet Access is the most highly rated based on all the VPN reviews I have read.

Will VPN Unlimited work on the TV Pad 2 with a 2nd router? $19 for 3 years is really cheap.
