  • I just bought the BlueTV and Korean Subscription from http://www.cntvpad.com

I was supposed to get a password after 24 hours for the subscription.

When I got my BlueTV today, the Korean App was already installed, but its asking me for a username and password

    Where do i get that?

You contacted cntvpad's support ? They should be able to provide one.

Did you get a ticket ID when you left a live chat message ?

If not, I would suggest using the contact form

  • Thanks, that worked.

I tried using their contact form but the link wasn't working.
After using your link, I noticed there was a 2nd contact form link in text at the bottom of page, that link works.

Anyways, just got a ticket number
  • I'm thinking about buying this for the korean channels. I see the bluetv is $179. How much to have the app to watch korean channels? With the bluetv purchase page, there is an option for korean channels for $95 - is this for one year, three years? Do I also have to pay for the korean channels app, which is listed at $99 for one year or +$45 for 3 years?
  • @weic25 - First of all, I'm not for any of representatives , just speaking for myself. If you want live Korean channels, a UNBLOCK 3 is your choice, they got 60 live channels with no subscription plus all the Korean dramas you want to watch for only under $130 with 16 GB of ROM with 4K, buy the one with blue tooth so you can connected with a BT microphone for Karaoke, you can search on eBay to see it for yourself.
  • 535four - thanks for the tip, will check it out.

When I counted, it's only half of that 60 (I counted 28). Since half of them are "backup" channels from what I could tell.
