Paid DNS server not working

My paid DNS server stops working since yesterday, 12-17-2015.

My current set up:

TVPad 2 M121S Version 3.26
External IP authorized - verified same as my current IP
Paid DNS Server IP (US West Coast-LA) works until yesterday
No green man since 12-17-2015

I'd appreciate if someone can help me.

Thanks.

Get your money back and use the 2 routers method with VPN.

I doubt that it will work with the VPN method, now that TV PAD has stopped supporting TVPad3.

No they didn't, they are in the process of having their alias and dns taken of them due to the court order back in march.

Paying for DNS makes no odds if the DNS resides in a country which it is blocked.
