I signed up for the DNS server IP service and follow all the instruction to activate the IP address. But some apps on my TVPad 4 still doesn't work. It pop up a message saying something about "????" and I get kick out of the app. Is this normal? Are there any ways to get around it?
Just changing DNS will not work. The only way to get around it refund your DNS and get VPN service instead.

Try YueTV and 36TV apps.
Hi Padman, I have one tvpad3 and one tvpad4 connected to the same router and and having difficulties setting up tvpad3. I get 'Wireless network configuration succeeded' message after I change DNS but as soon as I exit the Wi-Fi settings and test the network I get 'abnornal' status for IP, subnet mask, gateway and DNS.
1. Can I not have two tvpads with two different IP addresses connected to the same router?
2. Will I be able to set up both tvpad3 and tvpad4 if I purchase a single DNS for $5 per month?
3. If so, do I just need to change the DNS for both tvpad3 and tvpad4 to this new DNS?
4. Will this new DNS work in California in US?
5. Will this new DNS work for Korean applications?
Hi, Padman:
This is what I did as you instructed earlier but both DNS and Server are not working. Actually, the DNS has been working for a very short time but NOT the Server. I have router connected to TVpad2 directly as you suggested too.
"Set it back to auto and then acquire the IP. Copy down the IP address, gateway and netmask.. Set the config back to manual then just fill in the information."
Any other suggestions?

I have the same problem like PghTVpad2. alternate DNS server IP does not work too, after the 1st DNS server IP went down. I have summited a IT ticket and they told me to re-authorize the IP but I don't know how.
Can you please help?
How did you authorize it the first time ? Repeat that procedure
