Storm TV is not working

All TVB programs in replay cannot be opened. Even though provider uploaded it. Any solutions?

    You download all files and you put all files in USB drive.You plug in your USB drive on the back of your Blue TV box. it will pop up window to ask you to install. select batch install and you will see all three app and select to install.

    I tried but the problem cannot be resolved. It seems that it is Storm TV did not upload the programs and the programs they uploaded has the problem that the screen shots keep repeating. Do you know any method that I can contact Storm TV and talk to them directly?
