    Hi, I just got my TVPAD4 today and in Toronto. Just wonder what is the first step to do to make it work with the current issue.

    Should I do the following:

    1. Update the FW
    2. Update the apple

    If I do the above, will I still be able to use banana to do the apt install? as I saw other post that the banana and 29 apps are for US and FW lower than the latest version only? I still want to be able to do my own apt install as I am not sure if I should update the FW..

    please help.

    Thanks

    Don't upgrade FW yet. Get a VPN. If TVPad works with VPN, it is not a FW and app issue

    thanks. but I assume I can try to use DSN first before trying VPN. I thought DNS should work in Canada but not in US.

    Green Man is up again. Working now in Canada (Waterloo) with DNS 49.213.10.163. Hopefully it will stay working. Thanks Padman for the continuous updates.

    @jackson_td98, the iP is 49.213.10.163 ; not 49.13.10.163

    I am in Vancouver, Canada using TVPad3. I can only get live broadcast and VOD movies only. I cannot get VOD TVB dramas anymore.

    TVPad3
    M358_4100
    GVOS 4.18

    I tried the DNS as suggested in other threads and manage to have everything in "normal" operation but still no VOD TVD dramas. The DNS I am using is 107.151.128.222

    I heard YueTV app is available. Does anyone know if this app is compatible with TVPad3?
