How to fix OpenVPN SSL errors

Hi all,
Recently my tvpad have failed connecting to with OpenVPN. It seems as though automatic time sync was shutoff in the background Android settings on the device. OpenVPN is highly dependent on having the current time on the system because it is an SSL based VPN connection. I fixed this by installing "ClockSync" android apk, which you can find here:
http://www.apk4fun.com/apk/24723/
When you click sync, it'll fail the first time and then it'll give you an option to use "rootless" mode. This basically allows you to open up the Android time settings. At this point you enable the automatic time sync and the clock on the tvpad should be back to normal.
I didn't see any post about this. It also happened to my father's tvpad.
